STEP 1/15
Sift together the amount of flour, baking powder, and sugar.
STEP 2/15
Beat in milk and eggs.
STEP 3/15
Add milk and eggs to the powder ingredients and mix well.
STEP 5/15
Melt the butter in the pan.
*What you need to watch out for is low heat!
Butter burns very quickly above a certain temperature, so it turns brown! Melt the butter over low heat so it doesn't burn :)
STEP 6/15
Add melted butter to the previous mixture and mix it well so that it doesn't clump together, and the pancake batter is complete!
STEP 7/15
It's time to bake pancakes!
The point here is
1. Low heat, low heat, low heat!
2. And the pan must be clean. If there's oil on it, the surface doesn't come out in a uniform color. +_+
STEP 8/15
When bubbles come up on the outer fabric, it's time to turn the back. It's good to check if the color came out well and cheat lol^^
STEP 9/15
If you want to make a pancake as rough as the right, you can bake it with plenty of oil on the pan as you cook it, and it will be baked on such a mottled surface!
STEP 10/15
The 3 points I mentioned above
1. Low heat
2. a clean-surface pan
3. to rummage when bubbles form
If you keep that in mind, you'll get a fresh pancake!
STEP 11/15
It's time to make an Apple Compot next! :)
First, melt butter and brown sugar in a pot.
STEP 12/15
You have to melt it over low heat, not high heat, so that the sugar doesn't burn! If you melt it over high heat, it will smell like dalgona and the sugar will burn
STEP 13/15
Add chopped apples and simmer over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add the cinnamon powder and salt, cover it, and boil it down for 10 minutes.
STEP 14/15
After it's boiled down, put in the dry cranberries and mix them!
This finished apple combo goes well with pancakes, plain yogurt, and bread. :)
STEP 15/15
Put an apple combo on top of the pancake and sprinkle sugar powder to complete your own pretty pancake!
In addition to this, a piece of nuts and butter will give it a richer taste, right?!:)
* 2 tips for baking pancakes beautifully!
1, Grill the coating pan clean.
: If you are a fan with a fluoride coating, bake it without oil, and if you have oiled it, wipe it clean with a kitchen towel so there should be no oil left! Otherwise, the pancakes will be mottled +_+
2. It's time to rummage when there are round bubbles on the surface! The side that touches the bottom of the pan comes out the prettiest :)
