French vegetable dish [Ratatouille]

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Slice zucchini, eggplant, and green pepper into 2mm thin slices.
STEP 2/10
Put zucchini, eggplant, and skin in a bowl and add 5 tablespoons of olive oil.

Grind and sprinkle whole pepper, add bay salt, add rosemary, and mix well with your hands.

Put 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and stir-fry onion and minced garlic until golden.
