Slice zucchini, eggplant, and green pepper into 2mm thin slices.

Put zucchini, eggplant, and skin in a bowl and add 5 tablespoons of olive oil.

Grind and sprinkle whole pepper, add bay salt, add rosemary, and mix well with your hands.

Put 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and stir-fry onion and minced garlic until golden.

Place stir-fried onions and garlic on the oven container.

Pour in the tomato sauce.

Add ingredients as if they are stacked together.

Place bay leaves on top and cover the edges with ketchup.

Put it in a preheated oven at 190 degrees and bake it for 30 to 35 minutes.
If you set it up with bread and wine, it's a better table setting.
