Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
In a bowl, combine the yolk and sugar until smooth.
STEP 2/13
Add milk, cooking oil and vanilla extract and mix evenly.

Add the powder and mix until no powder is visible.
STEP 4/13
[Meringue] Put the whites in a bowl and whisk firmly, dividing the sugar twice.

Add 1/3 of the meringue to the yolk dough
STEP 6/13
Mix together using spatula.
STEP 7/13
Put 70-80% each in a muffin cup and drop it on the floor to remove large bubbles. And bake at 170 for 20 minutes.

Turn over on paper foil and cool as soon as you remove from the oven.

[Fresh cream] Put whipped cream and sugar in a bowl and whip it hard enough to form horns. And put it in a piping bag with a round tip in the refrigerator until you use it

When the cake is completely cold, poke deep into the center of the cake with chopsticks.
