Grilled oyster mushroom. It's simple and chewy
I know mushrooms are good, but I don't think I eat them every day. I went to the mart and the oyster mushroom was on sale, so I picked up two packs and made a different grilled oyster mushroom from the stir-fried one.Grill mushrooms in a pan with oil, and then add the sauce and boil it down a little, so it's an easy side dish. Grilled oyster mushrooms that are delicious as a side dish with the chewy texture of mushrooms and the sauce soaked in.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Cut the bottom of the oyster mushroom and peel it into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 2/3
I make the sauce. (I made it easy by mixing 1 large spoon of flavored soy sauce with 2 large spoons of water.) Put oil in a heated pan and add mushrooms to bake until golden.
STEP 3/3
Add the sauce, boil it over high heat, and add chopped chives
