STEP 1/20
Put the seasoning in a bowl. (I can't eat garlic again, so I shredded garlic.)
You can put it all in the sanitary bag that contains the sliced pork belly.
STEP 2/20
Mix the sauce and taste it.
It's optional, but I chopped up some ginger to get rid of the smell!
(You can add sesame and minced garlic together.)
STEP 3/20
Put the sliced pork belly in a bowl mixed with the sauce.
I put it in the freezer and it froze
STEP 4/20
Mix the sliced pork belly with the sauce.
I think it will be easy if you season it in a sanitary bag. :)
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
I wrapped it up and kept it! I recommend a sanitary bag :)
STEP 5/20
While the sauce and sliced raw pork belly are getting cut
Wash green onions, onions, perilla leaves, and shiitake mushrooms
STEP 6/20
Cut it to a certain size.
(You have to drain the water and cut it so that it doesn't overlap!)
STEP 7/20
The white part of the green onion is sliced horizontally for decoration.
I've sliced about 3 perilla leaves as thin as possible, but you can skip it.
STEP 8/20
Trim and prepare the ingredients.
(If you eat spicy food well, you can add Cheongyang red pepper together, and I prepared a wrap with Cheongyang red pepper.)
STEP 9/20
Wash bean sprouts in running water and drain them on a tray
Please check the ingredients you prepared!
If you don't have it, put it in as much as you have it
If you don't have any, it's delicious with glass noodles or ramen :)
STEP 10/20
Place olive oil in pan over medium heat.
STEP 11/20
Place seasoned pork on top
STEP 12/20
Stir-fry slightly and put the washed bean sprouts on top.
STEP 13/20
Close the lid and let the whole vegetables cook
I just open it and stir-fry the pork and bean sprouts.
STEP 14/20
When the bean sprouts start to die
STEP 15/20
I'm going to cut the ingredients
STEP 16/20
Put the bean sprout in to stir-fry the bulgogi
STEP 17/20
If you stir-fry it, it's done.
STEP 18/20
I put the soaked glass noodles in one sauce and stir-fry them together.
STEP 19/20
Put the bean sprout bulgogi in a bowl
Put perilla leaves and green onions on top
STEP 20/20
Sprinkle sesame seeds and it's done.
You can just eat it without any steps:)
Put the seasoning in the sanitary bag containing the sliced pork belly and leave it for about 30 minutes, stir-fry the seasoned meat, stir-fry all the ingredients, put it on a plate, and sprinkle it with sesame leaves and green onions.
The remaining seasoning and bean sprout bulgogi are delicious when you stir-fry it with rice, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. :)
