Oven Baked Potato Wedges, a baked potato that makes it healthier
There are a lot of people who like french fries, right? My family is no exception, so I buy frozen fries for brunch or hamburgers, take them out, and bake them in the oven. The potato itself has a high GI, so there are additives that are high in calories and crispy taste, so I can't make them eat foods with unhealthy fat often, but I'm having a hard time finding them. So I cooked it for her when she ate brunch, and it disappeared like a crab's eye. It looks and tastes better than just French fries, and I think it's good as a snack for beer.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
First preheat the oven to 400 degrees Celsius (approximately 200 to 205 degrees Celsius).

Peel the potatoes and wash them
STEP 3/8
Cut it in half like peeling an apple and cut it into 3-4 pieces depending on the size.
STEP 4/8
Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl that's big enough to fit all the potatoes
STEP 5/8
Put the potatoes in the bowl and mix them evenly with your hands wearing sanitary gloves.
STEP 6/8
Put the mixed ingredients on the baking pan
STEP 7/8
If you bake it in a preheated oven for 30 minutes
STEP 8/8
Delicious potato oven-grilled is complete.
Please make sure to use olive oil. Olive oil and garlic go very well together.
