Making Onion Curry
I'm lazy to collect curry ingredients, You can't see vegetables in curry that they sell at a curry restaurant So I imitated a curry restaurant with onions, the minimum ingredients, and frozen pork cutlet left in the freezer. There are no other ingredients in curry except onions, so it's good to eat with pork cutlet like sauce.

    200~250ml

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Prepare 80g onions (half small) by chopping them into small pieces or thin slices.
STEP 2/8
Prepare a frozen pork cutlet.
STEP 3/8
If the heated cooking oil has bubbles that you can't see the bread crumbs, put in the pork cutlet and fry it.
STEP 4/8
Remove the fried pork cutlet, drain the oil for a while, and cut it into bite-size pieces.
STEP 5/8
In a deep frying pan or skillet, lightly cover with butter or cooking oil, and saute chopped onions until dark brown.
STEP 6/8
Add 200-250ml of water to the stir-fried onion and bring to a boil.
STEP 7/8
When the water with onions boils, add 1~1 of curry powder (one serving) and mix well.
STEP 8/8
Put 1 bowl of rice, pork cutlet, and curry on the plate, and it's done!
- Try various optional ingredients such as sausage, leftover chicken, and pork neck. - It tastes better if you use non-spicy curry or Japanese curry.

    It's delicious!! I don't know if it's right for me to post a review here because I added a lot of this and that, but lol. When I stir-fried onions for the longest time and when it turned light brown, I put carrots and spam in it, and the texture was good without getting annoying. I didn't have pork cutlet, so I chose chicken tender, and it was so, so delicious. I want to make it again tomorrow

    I only used onions and curry because there were no extra ingredients... The color got lighter with milk, but it was really good
