STEP 1/4
After kneading flour, ground aronia, and eggs in a plastic bag, put them in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to mature. (If you put it in a plastic bag and clump it together, you can knead it without putting flour on your hands.)
STEP 2/4
Remove the anchovy stock, put potatoes and carrots first when it boils, and then tear the kneaded flour thinly as it goes.
STEP 3/4
Add onions, pumpkins, and aronia when the dough is cooked.
STEP 4/4
Add 2 spoons of anchovy sauce, season, and finish with garlic and chives at the end.
Effects of Aronia Fruits and vegetables with deep purple color, such as Aronia, are high in anthocyanin, which has anti-cancer effects. Aronia's anthocyanin content is known to be 80 times that of grapes, 8 times that of acaiberries, and 4 times that of blueberries. Anthocyanin protects the eyes by promoting the resynthesis of rhodopsin, which prevents aging and cancer, improves skin health, and affects vision. It also helps prevent high blood pressure by removing cholesterol in blood vessels and improving blood circulation.
