First, wash the green onions clean
Clean up to the roots :)

No matter how clean you wash, there's still soil on the roots of green onions
Wash the green onion roots clean in running water, soak them in water for about 20 minutes, drain the soil, and wash them again!!
Drain it, put it in a zipper bag, put it in the freezer
You can take it out and use it whenever you make broth :)

I tend to make green onions separately
Cut the green onion in half

Cut the roots and peel the skin
If you wrap it with plastic wrap, you can keep it for a long time
If you want to keep this for a long time
Just chop it all up and keep it frozen, and that's it :)
