STEP 1/8
Chop each ingredient and prepare it
If you chop it too finely, it will get dry when you stir-fry it, so chop it moderately!

In a heated pan, stir-fry the green onions slightly first, and then stir-fry the rest of the ingredients.

When onions become clear, add cold rice and stir-fry
After frying, put it on a separate plate and cool it down
STEP 4/8
Making sauce!!
Pork cutlet sauce 2T, water 4T, ketchup 1T
Bring to a boil over low to medium heat, stirring for 2 to 3 minutes.

When the edges are cooked, put fried rice on the pan and cover one side
STEP 7/8
Shape it well and put it in a pretty bowl,
Pour the sauce on top of that!!
STEP 8/8
Sprinkle parsley powder and mayonnaise and it's done!!
Pork cutlet sauce -> Stace sauce can be replaced!
