Cooking Steps

Boil chicken breast, 1L (5 cups) of water, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 tbsp of ginger, and 2 tbsp of refined rice wine in boiling water.
When it boils over high heat, cover it over medium heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
