First, cut the back ribs according to the number of pieces.

Add soybean paste 1, red pepper paste 1, ground garlic 1, red pepper powder 3, half a cup of soy sauce (please adjust this), and fish sauce 3.
Add some ginger powder to this. (It's good for removing fishy smell.)
Add 5 spoons of perilla powder.

Now, as you boil it, peel the potatoes and put them on the side.

Please add dried radish greens so that the seasoning can soak.

Boil it for about 50 minutes, and when it's cooked for about 40 minutes, chop the green onions, slice the perilla leaves, and put it on top.
If you squeeze it, please replenish the water in the middle.

I season with salted shrimp rather than fish sauce, and this is also good.
I think salted shrimp is better than salted fish. Add the soy sauce while tasting it.
