STEP 1/10
It's a mussel from a traditional marketThese days, even in traditional markets, it is trimmed, but hold mussels in both hands and scratch them off with the tip of the mussel shell^~^
STEP 2/10
For the ones that have some left, pull it out in the left direction Put the cleanly washed mussels in the pot. :-) Add only 80% of the pot for water I like the thick soup, so I filled up the mussels and put them in a lot to overflow
STEP 3/10
In the meantime, cut a piece of green onion, 1T of minced garlic, and 2 pieces of strawberries
STEP 4/10
When the soup boils, add the prepared vegetables :-)
I have a lot of mussels, so I removed some of them as soon as they were slightly cooked :-)
STEP 5/10
It's done ^~^ It's very simple. Maybe it's because I put in a lot of mussels, but I don't need salt, but I taste the soup and season it when it's bland^~^
STEP 6/10
The color of the soup is amazing!!
Pick a mussel and eat it with the soup. It makes the sound.
Dip it in red pepper paste
Dip it in wasabi soy sauce~
STEP 7/10
The real charm of mussel soup is that it's fun to boil it right away, but boil the rest of the soup and put it in the mussel soup the next day ^~^)
STEP 8/10
If you cut the tofu and boil the green onions or chives in moderation for the color
STEP 9/10
The mussel soup is thicker than corbicula soup
STEP 10/10
With soft tofu, thick soup, and delicious mussels, thumbs up once again
T is based on rice spoon and chopsticks. :-)
