Chop the green onions into small pieces and mix the sauce ingredients together. If you want to reduce the spicy taste, you can use chili sauce 3: starch syrup 1: ground garlic 1T, and if you want to reduce the sweetness, you can use chili sauce 3: red pepper paste 1: ground garlic 1.

If it's not a soft rice cake that you just bought, blanch it in hot water and use it, it becomes soft again like the rice cake that you took out quickly. If it's left in the freezer and the outside is soft and it doesn't come off well, you have to melt it in hot water like me, take it out, take it off one by one, and blanch it again in hot water.

Heat the pan before the blanched rice cakes cool down, then put oil on the spatula, and cook the rice cakes as if they are frying, splitting them so that they do not stick to each other.

As the rice cake gets cooked, it absorbs oil and tries to stick to it later. If you think it's golden brown, prepare the sauce.
