STEP 1/8
You can dip the chicken in milk, but I washed it clean and soaked it in Cheongju.
I soaked it for about an hour until the color faded.

Wash the chicken one more time and prepare it hard. Season the trimmed chicken with 7 spoons of curry powder, 2 spoons of steak sauce, 1 spoon of vinegar, a little pepper, and a little minced garlic.

Let it marinate for about 20 minutes and let it ripen. You can grill it right away, but the process of ripening it for flavor :)

Place a paper foil on top of it and put a marinated chicken in curry. The color is already curry chicken, right?

One of the oven functions I use is grilled chicken. If you are using another oven without this function, you can cook it at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.

Even if you don't cook in front of the fire, it's perfectly cooked curry chicken oven!!

It smells like deep curry, so it tastes like tandoori chicken. You can enjoy a light oven-roasted chicken because the fat is gone.

If you don't have curry powder, you can just put garlic and olives on it and grill it ^^
