STEP 1/14
First, put 1 bag of hotteok mix in a round bowl.
STEP 2/14
Put lukewarm water in a paper cup (180ml) and stir in the instant yeast to dissolve well.
STEP 3/14
Pour yeast-melted water into a bowl with hotteok mix powder and mix well to knead for 5-10 minutes.
STEP 4/14
Make a circle and let it ripen for a while.
STEP 5/14
I'll make toppings for the kaljone. I chose onion, paprika, sweet pumpkin, and chicken breast as toppings.
STEP 6/14
Add vegetables and stir-fry them first, then add chicken breast and stir-fry them later.
STEP 7/14
Add 3 spoons of tomato pasta sauce and stir-fry for 2 minutes to blend with the ingredients.
STEP 8/14
The aged hotteok mix dough is sprinkled with powder, pushed thin and round with a rolling pin, and then put the stir-fried ingredients on 1/2 the top of the dough.
STEP 9/14
Lots of mozzarella cheese
STEP 10/14
Cover the other side of the dough, roll the ends, and press down with a fork.
STEP 11/14
Bake in an oven preheated to 185 degrees for 20 minutes and you're done!
STEP 12/14
The strong scent of tomato pasta sauce is poking my nose. The kid next door smells like pizza!! >.
STEP 13/14
The kalzone dough is filled with vegetables and cheese that I like! It's made with hotteok mix, so it doesn't need fermentation, so it's easy in the shortest time!
STEP 14/14
It's a weekend lunch snack that anyone can enjoy if you cut and share it like this!
Add as many toppings as you want with vegetables, meat, tuna, etc. at home. Corn corn and peas are good. Cheese is good for mozzarella, cheddar, emmental, and if you don't have tomato pasta sauce, cream sauce pasta is good.
