STEP 1/15
This is the amount of ingredients I wrote earlier. They often sell a set of gimbap ingredients at the mart. They sell kimbap laver, kimbap ham, pickled radish for kimbap + burdock (often without burdock), and crab meat. Add spinach, carrots, fish cakes, egg garnish, etc. according to your preference
STEP 2/15
In my case, I often add burdock, spinach, perilla leaves + tuna, cheese, etc. to basic eggs, ham, pickled radish, crab meat, fish cake, carrot, etc.
STEP 3/15
Seaweed is definitely for gimbap It's not too thin or too thick, and there are mostly 10 sheets in a bag
STEP 4/15
If the rice is too hot, the kimbap will get soggy, so let it cool for a while. If you add a little bit of salt, sesame oil, and sesame seeds to the rice, it's good to season If there's no seasoning in the rice, the base of gimbap, it'll be bland, so you have to do it~~
STEP 5/15
Spread the gimbap bamboo feet on the cutting board, place a sheet of gimbap seaweed, scoop out a rice paddle, and spread it out evenly so that it takes up a little more than half. I used rice cooked in the ratio of rice 7 to brown rice 3. ^^
STEP 6/15
Then, put the ingredients inside the gimbap. If it's a tile, it's a sense to let the colors look mixed
STEP 7/15
If there are too many ingredients, you can skip it sometimes, so make sure to check if there are any fillings you didn't put in by looking at the full shot like this
STEP 8/15
When you're done, roll it so that it doesn't get messy
STEP 9/15
Then roll it with bamboo feet for gimbap and shape it.
STEP 10/15
When you open it, it feels empty and wrinkled at first. - Don't worry, it'll spread out evenly over time and make a full visual. ^^
STEP 11/15
If you wrap it up one by one, it's already 10 lines~~~ As I explained earlier, the bottom line is Gimbap. The top row is the best. The last one is kimbap. Can you see the difference between the wrinkles? ^^ It spreads out like wrinkles with moisture. LOL
STEP 12/15
Then you can cut it into bite-size pieces with a knife It's gimbap with colorful ingredients, right? ^^
STEP 13/15
Slice it and put it on a long plate and apply sesame oil on a brush.
STEP 14/15
And if you sprinkle sesame seeds, it looks more delicious
STEP 15/15
What do you think? "Hwaryngeal!! [Laughing] [Laughing] Does it look delicious? ^-^ With a bowl of chewy ramen - icing on the icing on the cake!!!!!!!! In the case of children, they cook fish cake soup rather than ramen and give it to them
