1. Wash the eggplant clean, slice it, and marinate it in salt water for 10 minutes
2. Grease a pan with cooking oil and stir-fry 1 tablespoon of minced garlic + 1 handful of green onion to make green onion oil
3. Add eggplants and onions, stir-fry slightly, add seasoning, stir-fry it like it's boiled down, and finish it with sesame seeds!!
