Making Stir-Fried Seaweed Crisp, Sweet, and Delicious Side Dish!
I enjoy eating seasoned laver, so I can't reach dry laver. Keep it well, but it's bound to get soggy! It's a great way to use dried seaweed and soggy laver! It is crispy and sweet, so we introduce side dishes that children to adults love so much :-)

Ingredients
  • Kim

  • Sesame

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut dried seaweed into 4 pieces and cut it about 2cm (to an edible size).
STEP 2/6
Heat 1/2 cup oil or 1/2 cup oil in a royal pan.
(If you fry the seaweed in oil, it's ready-)
STEP 3/6
Add the cut seaweed all at once and stir-fry using two stir-fry spatula, mixing well on both sides.
STEP 4/6
Put the well-fried seaweed in a bowl and boil it in a pan with 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of cooking wine.
STEP 5/6
When the sauce boils, reduce the heat to low and add dried seaweed to mix evenly to make the sauce cut well.
Lastly, sprinkle sesame seeds and it's done!
STEP 6/6
The soggy seaweed is crispy and sweet. It's done!
It's better to stir-fry seaweed quickly when you fry it in oil. It's easy to steam because of the high fever. When you stir-fry the sauce, it's! Be careful not to lump the seaweed because it feels soggy when it clumps up.
