STEP 1/9
The ingredients are spaghetti for 3 people, mushrooms, cocktails, shrimp, onions, and today's main character is pollack roe. In the past, I didn't know how to store pollack roe, so I used to buy a lot of pollack roe and throw it away because it went bad in the refrigerator. Wrap the leftover pollack roe with plastic wrap and store it in the freezer and defrost it when necessary. At today's Pollack Roe Cream Pasta, we're going to cut the pollack in half and then scratch the egg inside with a spoon.
STEP 2/9
When the salt water starts to boil, add the pasta noodles and boil for about 9 minutes. Boil to al dente and mix with olive oil to prevent noodles from getting soggy. I'm going to stir-fry the sauce again later, so it's better not to cook it too much.
STEP 3/9
Clean the cocktails and chop the onions and mushrooms.
STEP 4/9
Grease the pan with oil and stir-fry the sliced garlic first to flavor. The oil temperature is too high, so be careful not to burn the garlic
STEP 5/9
Add onions and stir-fry until translucent
STEP 6/9
Add the whipped cream, please.
STEP 7/9
When the whipped cream starts to boil, add mushroom and shrimp, boil it again, and finally add salted pollack roe.
STEP 8/9
Mix the salted pollack roe well. The moment you add salted pollack roe, it doubles the salty and savory taste and makes a much more delicious pasta. If you add pasta and mix it, the delicious pollack cream pasta is seasoned, so you don't have to season it separately, but if it's not enough, please adjust it with salt
STEP 9/9
I cut the perilla leaves that I grew on the veranda and put them on top. I thought the combination of perilla leaf scent and pasta would sound like a language, but the scent and color of perilla leaf that is bland and blue makes me want to eat. It's really simple to make, but it's a delicious dish that's not enviable to buy at a restaurant. (I'm not bragging about myself, but I want to emphasize that anyone can make it ^^) I felt proud and happy to see my family empty the plate in an instant. lol How about a bowl of delicious pollack roe cream pasta with your family?
