STEP 1/10
Please prepare self-cooked raw beef or raw shrimp.

Mix 1 cup of frying powder and 1/2 water in a bowl to make batter
The ratio is 2 for frying powder and 1 for water.
I used carbonated water instead of water. Please note that even if you add ice to the dough, you can eat crispy fries.

Put the prepared shrimp into the batter
Apply it evenly

Fry the prepared shrimp until golden brown

You can fry it once. Or if you fry it one more time, it'll be more crispy.
I fried it twice.
Put the fried shrimp on the strainer tray for a while

Please make cream sauce in the pan.
Add mayonnaise 4, sugar 2, vinegar 1

Stir over low heat and melt until yellowish.
If you boil it over high heat, it melts into a transparent color, so be careful.

Add the fried shrimp and mix the sauce evenly.
