Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Put grape seed oil, chestnut honey, and sea salt in a bowl and mix them well. Add eggs and mix them together
STEP 2/6
You can use a whisk or an electric hand mixer
STEP 3/6
If mixed well, add flour, cinnamon powder, baking powder, and milk and mix gently
STEP 4/6
Wash the apples thoroughly, cut out the stems and seeds, and shred them very thinly
Slice the cheese and mix them evenly in the batter
STEP 5/6
Grease the cake mold and coat it with dry flour
Pour the batter here and sprinkle the agave syrup on top
Put it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake it for 25 to 30 minutes
(To see if it's cooked well, if the dough doesn't come out when you poke it with chopsticks, it's done.)
STEP 6/6
It has a lot of apples and cheese, so it's very moist
It's heavy and soft, especially because it has a subtle scent of chestnut honey
It's moist enough to just eat it, so it's perfect for nutritional snacks
I sprayed Agave Syrup If not, regular oligosaccharides, honey, and sugar are good^^
