"Vichyssoise"
It's called cold potato soup biswasu. It's French You can put chive or leek on it for decoration, but if you don't have it, I think fine green onions or nutritious chives would be good.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Cut 2 potatoes into cubes, shred onions and green onions.
STEP 2/7
Prepare 600ml of chicken broth.
I bought this Geumgi Chicken Soup Powder.
STEP 3/7
Butter in a saucepan, stir-fry vegetables first. Until the onions are somewhat transparent.
STEP 4/7
Add potatoes and broth and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes. Until the potatoes are cooked.
STEP 5/7
Go to a mixer such as a hand blender.
STEP 6/7
Add whipped cream or milk, and when it starts to boil, reduce to low heat and season with pepper and salt.
STEP 7/7
It's done. Put it in the refrigerator and let it cool.
The chicken broth is a bit salty, so I think you can add a little pepper. I think it'll be pretty if you use a garnish to put on chives or thread.
