STEP 1/13
Peach, chopped kimchi, and udon noodles are prepared.
After washing the peaches, peel them and slice them in half. (For decoration)

Grind about half the remaining peaches in a blender.

Put peach juice in a bowl.

Add red pepper paste, red pepper powder, minced garlic, plum extract, vinegar, and sesame seeds to the peach juice and mix them well.

The sauce is done. You can add something spicy and sour to your taste.(The sauce is for 2 servings.)

Add 1 tablespoon of sauce to the chopped kimchi

Mix it well. (Mix the sauce beforehand so that the kimchi is marinated.)

Boil udon noodles in boiling water.
STEP 9/13
Rinse cooked udon noodles with cold water and drain.
STEP 10/13
Put the cooked udon noodles into the sauce and mix them well.
STEP 11/13
Add half of kimchi to the sauce and Bibin udon noodles and mix well.
STEP 12/13
Mix the non-spicy udon in a bowl.
STEP 13/13
Put the leftover kimchi on it, put the sliced peaches on it for decoration, chop the green onions, and put sesame seeds on it.
If you grind peaches and make a sauce, it tastes sweet enough without adding sugar. You can enjoy it more if you eat it with sliced peaches.
