First, cut only the roots of the mushrooms you prepared, and then tear them into bite-sized pieces by hand.

Blanch mushrooms in boiling water (+1t of salt) over medium heat for 2 minutes.

Wash the blanched mushrooms in cold water 2-3 times to remove moisture.

Add salt and pepper to season the mushrooms.

Let's prepare the other ingredients. Chop the garlic, chop the white green onion, and slice the green onion diagonally.

Grease a preheated frying pan with 1.5T of oil and stir-fry minced garlic and white green onions over medium heat for 30 seconds.

Add dried shrimp and stir-fry it for 30 seconds,

Add the mushrooms and stir-fry for another 2 minutes or so until the mushrooms are cooked.
