Cut tofu into 1.5cm-2cm thick pieces, and chop onions, carrots, and cheongyang peppers.

Put tofu in a pan with plenty of oil. Cook over medium-low heat until golden brown ^^

Let's make a sauce while frying tofu.
Put 2/3 cups of soy sauce, 2/3 cups of water, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 1-2 tablespoons of starch syrup or oligosaccharide in a bowl and mix well with 2-2.5 tablespoons of red pepper powder.

Spread tofu on the floor, pour the sauce, put tofu on top of it, and pour the sauce.
Then, boil it for 10 minutes on medium low heat ^^
