STEP 1/17
Prepare peaches and white sugar for braised peaches.
STEP 2/17
Wash the peaches clean, peel them, and cut them into half-moon shapes.
STEP 3/17
Place half of the cut peaches in a pot and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sugar.
STEP 4/17
Add the rest of the peaches and sprinkle 2 tablespoons of sugar
Pickle the peach slightly with sugar.
STEP 5/17
Add enough water to cover the peach. I put in 800ml.
STEP 6/17
Boil it over high heat at first, and when the water starts to boil, it gets sleepy over low heat.
STEP 7/17
When the peach is slightly boiled down, taste the soup and add more sweetness. I added 3 tablespoons of honey.
STEP 8/17
Be sleepy enough to make the peach taste sweet. If it's boiled down too much, the peach will get mushy, so just boil it down properly.
If you boil it down well, the peach glow will grow and the firmness will come alive.
STEP 9/17
Put the dried laver in a glass bowl afterwards.
Sweet and peach flavored boiled peaches are complete!!!
STEP 10/17
I make peach jelly with boiled peaches.
Prepare 500ml of boiled peach, 4 pieces of pan gelatin, and boiled peaches.
Soak the pangelatin in cold water for about 10 minutes.
STEP 11/17
Cut the boiled peach into small pieces.
STEP 12/17
Put the cut peach into a mold.
STEP 13/17
Put the boiled peach water in a pot and boil it over low heat.
STEP 14/17
Squeeze the water out of the soaked gelatin, put it in the boiled peach water, and stir it gently to dissolve it.
STEP 15/17
After adding gelatin, cool it down and pour the peach into the cut mold. After cooling at room temperature, transfer to refrigerator and harden for more than 2 hours.
STEP 16/17
Tada! Sweet dessert made of peaches is complete.
It's better to eat it cold. It's less sweet than canned peaches on the market, and the texture of the peaches is alive.
STEP 17/17
Peach jelly hardened in the refrigerator is chewy
As soon as you put it in your mouth, it melts down. The peach stuck in it is so soft and sweet.
Boiled peaches are boiled over low heat, and gelatin is soaked in cold water and water is salty when making peach jelly. After cooling down, harden the jelly in the refrigerator to make a delicious jelly.
