  • Vinegar

  • Sesame

  • thick soy sauce

  • cooking wine

  • Sugar
    1.5spoon
  • Starch syrup
    4spoon
  • Water
    1cup
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Put the boiled peanuts in a pot and cut the walnut in half
STEP 2/7
When the water boils, add 1 vinegar and raw peanuts and boil for 7 to 8 minutes
STEP 3/7
Boil it for about 8 minutes, then add the walnut meat and boil it for 2 to 3 minutes more
STEP 4/7
Rinse the boiled ingredients under running water and drain
STEP 5/7
Remove starch syrup from the pan and add the sauce and boil it over high heat
STEP 6/7
When the sauce boils, add the drained ingredients and boil down Boil it until 1/3 of the sauce is left. Add 1T of starch syrup and boil it down
STEP 7/7
Turn off the heat and sprinkle sesame seeds. That's it
