Peach that I bought with both hands on a market day Maybe because it kept raining, my sugar level dropped~ I made braised peaches and peach jam with a strong and sweet scent^^

Cooking Steps

Peach skin is easy using potato peeler.Peel and cut into bite-size pieces.If it's hard, cut it thin. If it's a bit soft, cut it into thick pieces. It'll cook at a similar rate, so the texture will be similar

Add only half of the water to the peach.When you mix sugar, even if the peach is not submerged like the picture next to it, the moisture comes out and the soup becomes more. (The amount of peach you used is about 4kg, so I added 1.5kg of sugar.).Adjust the amount of sugar to your taste, but if the amount of sugar is too small, the storage period may be shortened, so I think it's better to make it little by little^^)

Roll up the foam when it starts to boil.I boiled it for about 10 minutes because it's a hard peach.If it's a bit soft, boil it for about 5 minutes
