Please prepare ingredients for the hot pot.
Chop onions and shiitake mushrooms, chop green onions, and rip oyster and enoki mushrooms appropriately.

Cut bulgogi beef into appropriate sizes and put it in a bowl
Add sugar 3 and mix the meat together to make it sweet.
Instead of sugar, you can add sugar and honey.
Adjust the amount of sugar
I put 4 spoons in the basic recipe, but I only put 3 spoons.

Minced garlic 2. Add chopped green onions (about one fist) and mix them

Add 3 fish sauce
If you don't have fish sauce at home, please add soy sauce.

Add sesame oil and 1/2 onion. Mix it well
Beef bulgogi is completed.

Put the bulgogi in a hot pot
(If you grill it on the pan, you can eat it as beef bulgogi.)

Make broth for hot pot.
Add 1 minced garlic, 1 sugar and 2 dark soy sauce and season with water.
(You can adjust the water to suit your taste.)
Add sesame oil at the end and the broth is done

Put sliced onions, oyster, enoki, shiitake mushrooms, and green onions in a hot pot
Pour in the broth.

You can add enough hot pot broth to make it sticky.

When you boil it, the vegetables get moist
When you add the broth, adjust the amount of vegetables and pour it

When it starts to boil, stir-fry the meat using chopsticks to prevent it from clumping.
Cook over low heat, please.
