How to make colorful paprika japchae
Yesterday was YU JIN's birthday^^ I worked hard to make a 7-year-old princess's birthday since early in the morning. My mom wants to feed me delicious and warm food...^^ It's japchae that doesn't leave out on the birthday table. Children like it and put it on the birthday table instead of noodles so that they can live healthy and long. Post a simple recipe for japchae^^

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
Please shred the vegetables to go in.
I prepared paprika, bell peppers, and onions^^
STEP 2/12
Season the japchae pork with pepper, salt, and sesame oil and marinate for 10 minutes.
STEP 3/12
Grease a frying pan with cooking oil, add all the vegetables, and stir-fry while sprinkling salt.
If you stir-fry it like this, it saves a lot of time
STEP 4/12
If you stir-fry vegetables too much, it won't taste good, so just stir-fry them until you lose your breath.
Even if you stir-fry it all at once, if you don't stir-fry it for a long time, the colors don't dye and it's not messy.
You have to stir-fry it on high heat to bring out the crunchy texture^^
STEP 5/12
Wipe the oil off the pan, stir-fry the meat over high heat, and cook the outside
If you lower the heat and stir-fry the inside, the juice won't come out, so it's good^^
STEP 6/12
It barely bites, right?
It's good if you stir-fry it like this.
STEP 7/12
Boil japchae in boiling water for about 6 minutes.
STEP 8/12
Boil it until it's transparent and quickly dry it several times in cold water
It doesn't get soggy but becomes a firm japchae.
STEP 9/12
Add the stir-fried ingredients to the glass noodles and add the amount of seasonings.
STEP 10/12
Add sesame seeds and sesame oil.
STEP 11/12
Mix well with your hands.
Please taste it and add some more seasoning it's not enough.
If you add a lot of soy sauce because the glass noodles are too bright, it's salty;;;
Even if it doesn't color at first, if you stir-fry it, the soy sauce seeps into the glass and it turns color, so season it.
STEP 12/12
Stir-fry japchae mixed with seasoning in a frying pan.
Because of this process, if you cook vegetables too much, you lose your breath and it doesn't have the taste of chewing
There's a lot of water, so the japchae doesn't taste good.
It's good to stir-fry the vegetables slightly when you first stir-fry them!
If you stir-fry vegetables too much, the crunchy texture disappears and it doesn't taste good. Please stir-fry it on high heat
