STEP 1/4
Wash the bean sprouts thoroughly, put them in a strainer tray, and drain.

Add cooking oil and sliced garlic in a pan and stir-fry until slightly colored (you can burn it if you cook it over high heat!) Add the fish cake cut to the length of your thumb
Stir-fry it, please

Add the drained bean sprouts and oyster sauce and stir-fry until they are almost out of breath. (In less than a minute, really quickly! If you leave the bean sprouts in a hot pan, they will continue to cook with residual heat.)
STEP 4/4
Put it on a plate and sprinkle the chopped chives. That's it!
*Use delicious fish cake!! *As much fish cake as you want! *The fish cake is seasoned, so adjust the amount of oyster sauce *If you don't like garlic oil, you can use chili oil or green onion oil
