I'm going to fry the vegetables first.
Prepare 1/3 blanched broccoli, 2 pine mushrooms, half onions, and 1 small pineapple canister and stir-fry.
I put in a little bit of salt and pepper powder when I stir-fry it.

I'm going to make steak sauce now.
I used the small steak sauce I bought at the butcher's shop last time. This sauce is really goodYou can use regular steak sauce ^^

Add 50g of steak sauce, 3 spoons of soy sauce, 1 spoon of oligosaccharide, 1/3 cup of apple juice, 2 spoons of water, and a little pepper powder and boil it down.

To make the pork neck more crispy, I put it in flour and baked it.

Grease a pan with olive oil, first turn it over high heat and cook it over low heat.
If you cook it until it's golden, it's done.

It's deliciously grilled meat.
It's the sauce on top of the meat. I put it in because I have rosemary at home, but it doesn't matter if you don't^^

The vegetables were well seasoned and delicious, so my child ate them well. Personally, I like vegetables more than meat. It was more delicious because it was seasoned only with salt and pepper to enhance the flavor of the ingredients themselves. Next time, I'll stir-fry vegetables and make fried rice

I ate steak deliciously, so I made it a few days later. I think pork is good because it's cheap and you can eat a lot without any burden. I ate salad and eggs together on this day. You can just choose what you want to eat on the side, right?
Pork takes a long time to cook, so if you have one more pan, you can cook the pork slowly and cook something else faster^^
