STEP 1/9
Shrimp meat and squid are mixed with cooking wine and a little salt and pepper just in case. I cut bacon and onions into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/9
Add a little bit of butter and 1/2 spoon of minced garlic to the pan and stir-fry it with garlic scent, then stir-fry seafood first.
STEP 3/9
When the seafood is a little cooked, stir-fry bacon and onions and cook.
STEP 4/9
Pour 400ml of commercial tomato sauce (about 2/3 into a large container). If you have tomatoes, it's better if you add them together :D
STEP 5/9
Mix it well and boil it, then put in 2 bowls of rice.
STEP 6/9
If you mix the rice well and boil it, the sauce seeps into the rice like risotto, and it almost disappears.
STEP 7/9
Add mozzarella cheese and mix well.
STEP 8/9
Parsley powder (optional) Sprinkle it on top
If you wrap it up, it's done.
STEP 9/9
Guaranteed taste! A simple risotto with seafood nutrition is completed. Even if it's not a restaurant, you can enjoy it with your children.
If you put in the commercial soup, you can make cream risotto easily.
