STEP 1/9
Please prepare all the ingredients for the eggplant lasagna.
Instead of shiitake mushrooms, you can replace them with button mushrooms and saesongi mushrooms, and you can add 3-4 pieces of bacon instead of sausages.
Other vegetables may be prepared according to the refrigerator situation.
If you don't have mushrooms, you can skip them.
STEP 4/9
Put chopped onions, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, paprika, and sausages in a bowl
Add 1/2 cup ketchup, 1 soy sauce, 0.3 sugar, 0.3 vinegar and 0.3 minced garlic.
* If you have Worcester sauce at home, please add 2 spoons of Worcester sauce instead of soy sauce, sugar, or vinegar
STEP 8/9
Repeat in the same way (until there are no eggplants and sauces prepared)
Then place mozzarella cheese on top.
And put some of the grilled eggplants side by side. (You don't have to do this)
Melt the cheese using a microwave or oven.
I used a microwave About five minutes
(Every house has a different microwave, so don't forget to check from time to time.)
