I made Baek Juju's soup tteokbokki
There was a time when I made gimbap, and I also made tteokbokki with soup to eat together Since it's Baek Ju-bu's recipe, it's definite!

Ingredients
  • Rice cake soup
    1handful
  • fish cake
    1handful
  • leek
    1handful
  • anchovy powder
    1TS
  • Sea tangle
    2piece
  • red pepper paste
    1spoon
  • Red pepper powder
    2spoon
  • Soy sauce
    1spoon
  • fish sauce
    1spoon
  • Sugar
    1spoon
  • Water
    3cup
  • crushed garlic
    1/2spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Cut the fish cake and soak it in warm water for a while to remove the additives
STEP 2/9
Put water in a pot and add anchovy powder, kelp, and minced garlic. (If you don't have anchovy powder, boil it with anchovy for soup.)

Add a spoonful of red pepper paste

Add a spoonful of sugar and fish sauce

Boil the soup over high heat

Tteokbokki with soup that you can scoop and eat like stew!!! It goes really well with gimbap I think it'll go well with fried food, too!
