[Simple home cooking] It's like chicken japchae! Making chicken
Hello, cabbages!! Today is chicken noodles. Yes... There's no menu called chicken noodles, but I named it. Honestly, chicken and glass noodles... Chicken noodles I posted a simple version of japchae before, but the yam cabbage keeps saying that they don't like vegetables. Haha, so I think you can think of this dish as a japchae! It looks a bit like that, but it's delicious. Normally, if you buy glass noodles to cook, you use them once or twice and leave them unattended When that happens, make this and eat it!

# I don't have fine red pepper powder in my house, so I just used the one I have, but if you want a cleaner visual, use fine red pepper powder. # The glass noodles are supposed to be boiled after being boiled, but it doesn't matter if you boil them right away like me. Instead, it boils for about 6 minutes if you use it, but if you just boil it, you have to boil it for 2 to 3 minutes more minutes. (It's okay if you cut it off easily without wick when you cut it with your finger or eat a row.) # You can stir-fry the sauce right away like in the video, but it's better if you mix it all in advance and then stir-fry it. If you put it in the pan like me, you have to mix it thoroughly so that the sauce doesn't clump together. # I boiled the glass noodles and stir-fried the onions for the shoot, but you guys use the two fire tools. When the glass noodles are half-cooked, it'll be perfect if I fry the onions, right? # You can measure one serving of glass noodles the same as when you measure noo

I looked up chicken breast dishes while I was on a diet and tried it!! I'm on a diet, so I used silgon medicine instead of glass noodles, took out oyster sauce, and only used soy sauce, honey, and red pepper powder, but it was a little bland, but it was really like japchae and delicious!! Next time, I'm going to add vegetables and mushrooms :)
