#Making raw eggplant red pepper paste because I like raw eggplan
I don't think there are that many people who eat raw eggplants!! But if you dip raw eggplant in red pepper paste or seasoned soy sauce, it has a surprisingly fresh taste and texture. Some of you might not like the fishy taste of eggplant, but since you like raw eggplant, you can season it with red pepper paste and eat it right away.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Cut the eggplant into bite-size pieces. I think it'd be good if you cut it into big pieces, not too small. If you season it anyway, it'll get smaller if it loses moisture.
STEP 2/4
Add minced garlic, green onions, red pepper powder, and red pepper paste. If you don't like raw eggplants, steam them slightly and season them with the same seasoning.
STEP 3/4
Finish the seasoning with fish sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and sesame seeds and mix well. Mix the eggplant carefully so that it doesn't go bad.
STEP 4/4
Seasoned red pepper paste eggplant using raw eggplant is complete. It's best to eat the seasoned raw eggplant red pepper paste right away. Because if you keep it in the refrigerator, it doesn't go bad, but because the water comes out of the branches, a huge amount of water will become dry. Eggplants lose their firm taste. As an example, I'll show you how much water is created in the next post lol
