Bacon garlic oil pasta
It's an oil pasta with plenty of bacon and garlic. I added a little bit of flavor by cutting and adding green onions! You don't have to make a separate sauce, so you can eat it neatly :)

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Add half a spoonful of salt to boiling water and boil the noodles. Boil it for about 8 minutes.
Don't throw away boiled water
STEP 2/9
Prepare garlic, bacon, and green onions by cutting them.
STEP 3/9
I'm not going to use the oil, but I'm going to cook it with the oil from the bacon
First, place bacon and green onions in a heated pan and add oil.
STEP 4/9
Add the pepper, chop the peperoncino into small pieces and stir-fry together.
STEP 5/9
When bacon is full of oil, add garlic and stir-fry.
STEP 6/9
When the garlic is cooked,
STEP 7/9
Add the boiled noodles and stir-fry them together.
I took the noodles out of the pot with tongs and put them in the pan right away.
At this time, add water to match the proper moisture and seasoning.
STEP 8/9
Grind the cheese and put it in.
I put in a spoon or two.
I think you can put it in while you taste it.
STEP 9/9
Finally, add pepper to finish.
Place on a plate and lightly grate the cheese again.
If you like green onion scent, I think you can add more and enjoy it
