- Drain water from minced garlic kitchen towel

Tip. If you put it in as it is, it can get splattered in the oil, so remove the water and stir-fry it. (This is the tip of Chef Baek.)

- Prepare rice by cooling it down for a sticky fried rice
-Cut into the shape of the sausage
- Slice whole garlic
Chopping the rest of the vegetables

Put garlic and sausage in an oiled pan
stir-fry until golden brown

Mix it with soy sauce
STEP 6/9
Add chopped vegetables and stir-fry slightly

Turn off the heat and add rice

- Add sesame seeds and pepper and mix. Finish it or stir-fry it on fire

Garlic fried rice is done!!
1. If you don't have enough seasoning, add soy sauce or salt.
Sausage is salty, so it goes well even if you don't have enough seasoning.
2. When you first stir-fry garlic, take out the fried garlic and put it on top, and it looks good.
