  • red pepper paste
    1/3spoon
  • anchovy powder
    1spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut the ingredients into the desired size.
STEP 2/6
Prepare tofu and chili peppers in advance.
You can add mushrooms or vegetables to your liking
STEP 3/6
Add water to the onions and pumpkins and bring them to a boil.
STEP 4/6
Add the soybean paste stew sauce and boil it a bit more
For the sauce, add a little bit of water to the doenjang and gochujang. Add anchovy powder
STEP 5/6
Add the quickly cooked tofu and boil it.
STEP 6/6
Boil it a bit more and add the sliced peppers at the end!
You can add your favorite ingredients to doenjang jjigae to make it taste good
