It's been a while since my daughter came because it's vacation. I hate vegetables... I eat perilla seed stir-fry really well. Perilla seeds smell good, and it's savory and very delicious.

  • canola oil

  • Soy sauce
    1spoon
  • Sesame oil
    1spoon
  • plum extract

  • Sesame
    1/2spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Perilla seed is
Put it in boiling water
When it starts to boil, take it out
Rinse in cold water and squeeze the water out.
STEP 2/7
Cut the boiled perilla seeds into appropriate sizes,
Cut onions, green onions, and red peppers into appropriate sizes.
You can chop up two pieces of garlic.
STEP 3/7
Add perilla seed, onion, minced garlic, house soy sauce, sesame oil, and 1 spoon and chopsticks each
Mix it well.
You can taste it when you taste it.

Put a spoonful of canola oil
Stir-fry the seasoned perilla seeds.

Stir-fry over medium heat for about 3 minutes.
Until the onions are cooked

When the onions are cooked
Add chopped green onions and red pepper
Stir-fry on medium heat for about 2 minutes.

If you need more seasoning, you can use home soy sauce from home soy sauce
Sprinkle sesame seeds.
You can mix perilla and canola oil with stir-fried perilla seeds.
