  • Cabbage

  • Cellophane noodles

  • Green pepper

  • Red pepper

  • crushed garlic

  • red pepper paste

  • Red pepper powder

  • Soy sauce
    1T
  • Sugar
    2T
  • ground pepper

  • Sesame oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Cut all ingredients according to size of squid.
STEP 2/9
Soak the glass noodles in water for about 30 minutes.
STEP 3/9
Peel the squid with thick salt.
STEP 4/9
Cut it into appropriate sizes after making a sheaths.
STEP 5/9
Mix the seasoning evenly on top and prepare it.
STEP 6/9
Stir-fry vegetables first over high heat, then add squid and stir-fry until it is fully cooked.
STEP 7/9
Turn off the heat and mix the seasoning 5 times.
STEP 8/9
Turn the heat back on high heat, add glass noodles and peppers, and stir-fry quickly.
STEP 9/9
Mix it well and put it on a plate. It's done!
You have to stir-fry it on high heat to prevent water from forming and to make the seasoning go in well.
