Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
First, soak the glass noodles in cold water (more than 1 hour)
STEP 2/8
Cut potatoes and carrots in moderation.
STEP 3/8
Cook potatoes and carrots in boiling water for about 15 minutes. Season with 1/2T of salt.
STEP 4/8
Cut chicken breast moderately while potatoes and carrots are cooked.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
STEP 5/8
In a heated pan, stir-fry 1T of Mihyang in chicken breast.
STEP 6/8
Add boiled potatoes and carrots.
Stir-fry 2 to 3T of soy sauce, 1T of oyster sauce, and 1T of oligosaccharide, then add 1/3 cup of water and boil it down.
STEP 7/8
Drain the soaked glass noodles and stir-fry together.
STEP 8/8
Braised potatoes with chicken breast, which everyone likes, are done
