making patbingsu [homemade shaved ice]
It's the shaved ice that I always make in summer. If you make it one by one and keep it in the freezer, it's good to cool off and eat it right away.^^

  • an almond slice
    suitably

  • condensed milk

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Making milk ice
-Mix 300g of milk with 50g of condensed milk, freeze it in a mold, and make it a day in advance.
(Adjust the sweet taste with condensed milk)

*Add red beans to suit your preference

It's good to prepare it separately to add condensed milk.

Put it in the freezer and take it out one by one.
If you pour a little bit of milk, it melts and you can drink it right away^^
Adjust the amount of toppings to suit your taste.
