Add 2 cups soy sauce, 2 cups water, and 1 cup sugar and bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve well.

Add vinegar when simmering.

Trim the onions while the seasoning cools.

Cut the onion into bite-sized pieces into 4 or 6 pieces.

Place the trimmed onions in a container.

Put the seasoning in a container with onions.

When the seasoning is completely cooled, close the cap, pickle it for half a day, and ripen it in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days to complete!
It's a pickled onion that I took out right after putting it in the refrigerator, and it tastes better as time goes by.
When you put the seasoning in the container, you can put it in after cooling it or boiling it, but be careful because the container may break!
