STEP 1/21
I've been to the East Sea many times.. I know that Sokcho salted seafood is famous for its good taste. :)
And then it's clean and delicious
I got to try Hamgyeong-do-style salted fish in Abai Village :)
He took me to Abai Village because it was far away;;
My family loves salted fish :)
I only ate octopus, squid, and salted clams..
My brother ate so well that he was taking care of me at home.. It's a case of eating together :)
I'll try it. If it's okay, it's okay. :)
I already received the package and told him that I was hungry
They gave me salted pollack roe and salted oysters
He tasted it and said it was good... I put sesame seeds, chili peppers, and perilla oil in salted oysters and ate it
STEP 2/21
Oppa, who is known for his picky taste, said that it's delicious
I'll make porridge with salted pollack roe from Haedam, a Sokcho salted seafood shopping mall
The salted oysters are really big and delicious, but the picture is;;;
STEP 3/21
Prepare salted pollack roe from the chewy and red-colored Sokcho salted fish haedam shopping mall!
STEP 4/21
Wash the rice and soak it in water.
Wash green onions, onions, and enoki mushrooms and trim them.
STEP 5/21
Chop onions, green onions, and enoki mushrooms into the same size.
STEP 6/21
Grease the pan with perilla oil and top with 2 salted pollack roe.
STEP 7/21
Pop the salted pollack roe in the center with a knife.
(If you mash it with a fork, it gets crushed easily. I just do it because I don't want to be put in a bowl.)
STEP 8/21
Stir-fry salted pollack roe with a spatula.
STEP 9/21
Press the salted pollack roe gently and stir-fry it.
STEP 10/21
Add chopped green onions, onions, and enoki mushrooms
STEP 11/21
Stir-fry it together
STEP 12/21
Add the can of Alaskan salmon tuna and stir-fry them together.
STEP 13/21
Add soaked rice and water.
If you don't know the amount of water, put it in until you boil 2 or 3 ramen!
If you soak rice for a long time, add less water,
You can add more water in between, so just add it roughly. :)
STEP 14/21
Bring to a boil over low to medium heat.
STEP 15/21
Stir to prevent sticking to the floor.
Now that I think about it, I didn't take out the salmon oilYou~
If you don't like greasy food, put it in a tray and drain the oil.
STEP 16/21
Wash dried seaweed in running water for color and cut it with scissors.
STEP 17/21
Boil the rice until it is poured and chewed gently, and it's done.
You can boil it more or make it watery if you like.
STEP 18/21
It's a complete Alaskan salmon tuna pollack porridge!
Salted pollack roe, canned aleska salmon, and seaweed taste salty, so I didn't season them separately :)
You can add soy sauce or sesame oil to your preference.
STEP 19/21
I loved the texture of small pollack roe popping in my mouth!
STEP 20/21
It would be nice to add sesame salt, but... I didn't have it, so I put in sesame seeds :)
STEP 21/21
While making it, I put minced garlic, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and salted pollack roe in it, and it tasted better when I ate it together!
The texture of tuna's savory pollack roe and the texture of seaweed, onions, and enoki mushrooms are all different
It was so interesting in my mouth :)
I brought it to the office for lunch and told everyone to try it...
They said they don't like salted pollack roe and tuna because they are both greasy...
But he took a bite and said it's good and that it's not greasy at all
Everyone said it was good. I was curious what it tasted like...
They said it was so delicious and amazing because there were other flavors behind the familiar taste of tuna :)
I was excited to hear that the tuna pollack porridge that I made without a recipe is delicious
Next time, he said he would try fried rice using salted pollack roe :)
How about tuna pollack porridge, a warm health food, since the weather is slow?
I heard that pollack roe porridge was released in Bonjuk.. I haven't seen pictures or tasted them
I'm dying to know.~~~
I hope it tastes better than Bonjuk salted pollack roe :)
