How to make mixed rice
It's a cold spring onion dish using oyster sauce.

  • Seafood
    2handful
  • pepper

  • Paprika
    1/3ea
  • onion
    1ea
  • King oyster mushroom
    1ea
  • a mandarin duck mushroom
    1/2handful
  • leek
    little
  • ginger liquor
    1TS
  • Oyster sauce
    2TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
- Rinse mixed seafood lightly in water
Take off the mandarins one by one at a time
-Cut the chives into 4 pieces
Shred the rest of the vegetables
STEP 2/7
Stir-fry onions in an oiled pan
STEP 3/7
If onions become transparent, add mixed seafood and mushrooms and stir-fry them
STEP 4/7
If the mushroom dies, add ginger liquor and oyster sauce and stir-fry it
STEP 5/7
Stir-fry paprika and bell pepper
STEP 6/7
Turn off the heat and mix with chives
STEP 7/7
Finish with pepper powder
1. Please proceed quickly on high heat. 2. You can add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil as the end. 3. Each oyster sauce product has a different seasoning, so please add or subtract. 4. If it tastes salty, add half a tablespoon of sugar.
