STEP 1/7
- Rinse mixed seafood lightly in water
Take off the mandarins one by one at a time
-Cut the chives into 4 pieces
Shred the rest of the vegetables

Stir-fry onions in an oiled pan

If onions become transparent, add mixed seafood and mushrooms and stir-fry them

If the mushroom dies, add ginger liquor and oyster sauce and stir-fry it

Stir-fry paprika and bell pepper

Turn off the heat and mix with chives

Finish with pepper powder

2. You can add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil as the end.
3. Each oyster sauce product has a different seasoning, so please add or subtract.
4. If it tastes salty, add half a tablespoon of sugar.
